The project involves demolition, and refurbishment works to create six specialty laboratories and a technical workspace designed to meet the needs of advanced research.
The facility will provide purpose-built environments to support pioneering studies into microcombs technology, enabling researchers to build on recent breakthroughs in physics, materials science and nanofabrication. By creating spaces tailored to innovation, the project will open new opportunities for exploration across a range of scientific and technological fields.
